An organised tour brings together the flight, hotel, transfers and visits in a single price, with a single agency as your point of contact. From Morocco, it is the simplest way to discover Turkey, Egypt, Italy or Tunisia without handling every booking separately. 1. What is an organised tour?

An organised tour is a package prepared from start to finish by a travel agency. It includes at least transport and accommodation, and most often airport-hotel transfers, some meals, guided visits and assistance during the trip. You pay one overall price, and the agency coordinates every service with the airlines, hotels and guides.

Behind this term lie several formats. A tour takes in several cities with a programme of visits: it is the best way to discover a country such as Turkey, Italy or Egypt. A stay takes place in a single hotel, often all-inclusive, and suits those looking above all for rest, in Tunisia or Cape Verde for example. Finally, a tailor-made trip is built around your wishes, for a honeymoon or a long-haul destination.

Tour, stay or tailor-made?

FormatPrincipleIdeal for
TourSeveral cities, programme of visits, often with a guideDiscovering a country
StayA single hotel, often all-inclusiveResting with the family

The meal plan is the other element to understand well. It ranges from simple breakfast to half board (breakfast and dinner), full board (three meals a day) and finally all-inclusive, which covers meals, drinks and often entertainment. Two trips at the same price can therefore offer very different services: that is why you should always compare them on an equal basis.

2. Why choose an organised tour from Morocco?

Organising a trip abroad on your own takes time and energy: you have to find a well-priced flight, book hotels in several cities, arrange transfers, sometimes a domestic flight, then the excursions, often without speaking the local language. An organised tour removes these constraints and lets you focus on what matters: enjoying yourself.

The first advantage is financial. The quoted price covers the essentials, which avoids bad surprises on site, and the agency obtains negotiated rates on flights and hotels that are hard to get when booking alone. Most of our packages also include a flight from Casablanca and transfers to the hotel.

The second advantage is peace of mind. The programme has already been designed by our advisors, who selected the itinerary, the pace, the hotels and the excursions. And if anything goes wrong, you have an agency you can reach in Morocco, rather than a call centre on the other side of the world. That is why organised tours particularly appeal to families, seniors, groups of friends and anyone travelling abroad for the first time.

Organised tours of Turkey

Turkey remains the favourite destination of travellers from Morocco, and it is no coincidence: it is visa-free, close, and brings together in a single trip the history of Istanbul, the lunar landscapes of Cappadocia and the beaches of the Turkish Riviera. The Istanbul & Cappadocia tour offers 8 nights on full board with a French-speaking guide, from 6 400 MAD without flight.

For those who want to combine sightseeing and the beach, Istanbul & Antalya and Istanbul & Bodrum combine 4 nights in Istanbul with 5 nights on soft all-inclusive by the sea, with Turkish Airlines flights from Casablanca, from 17 590 and 16 390 MAD. Our guide Turkey: when to go and which tour to choose will help you decide.

Organised tours of Egypt

The pyramids of Giza, the temples of the Nile valley and the reefs of the Red Sea make Egypt an ideal destination for an organised tour, as distances are long and logistics complex. The Cairo & Sharm El Sheikh tour combines 3 nights in Cairo with 6 nights on soft all-inclusive, from 17 300 MAD with flight included.

For an even more complete experience, Cairo, Nile cruise & Hurghada adds a 5-star cruise between Luxor and Aswan, from 17 800 MAD. Our Nile cruise guide details the itinerary and the best season.

Organised tours of Italy

Italy is the destination for lovers of art, history and food. We offer seven tours covering the whole country, from north to south: the lakes and the Dolomites, Tuscany and Venice, Emilia-Romagna, Sorrento, Naples and Pompeii, classic Puglia, the Grand Tour of Puglia and Sicily, the latter with flight included.

Each tour has its own personality: alpine landscapes in the north, art cities in Tuscany, white villages and trulli in Puglia. To compare durations, prices and formats, see our article Italy: which tour to choose among our 7 trips.

Organised stays in Tunisia

Close, visa-free and very affordable, Tunisia is the ideal destination for an all-inclusive beach stay. Our packages in Hammamet (from 9 390 MAD) and Sousse (from 9 600 MAD) include the Royal Air Maroc flight and 7 nights in a 4-star hotel, with meals and drinks included: the budget is under control from start to finish.

Spain, Portugal, Albania and Cape Verde

For a week between city and beach, Barcelona & Costa Brava and Lisbon & Algarve are offered with flight included, subject to a Schengen visa. The Albanian Riviera is the rising destination of recent years, with its turquoise coves and still gentle prices.

Finally, Sal Island in Cape Verde offers sunshine all year round, a few hours' flight from Casablanca, on an all-inclusive basis. Our Sal Island guide tells you everything before you go.

4. How much does an organised tour from Morocco cost?

The price of an organised tour depends above all on three things: whether the flight is included, the meal plan and the departure season. The flight is by far the most important factor: a tour advertised "without flight" will always look cheaper than an all-inclusive tour, even though you will then have to add the price of the ticket.

In our catalogue, stays under 10 000 MAD per person are all-inclusive packages with flights in Tunisia, as well as the Lisbon & Algarve tour. Between 12 000 and 15 000 MAD you will find the Italy tours without flight, Albania, Cape Verde and Barcelona with flight included. Above 15 000 MAD are the most complete trips: Turkey with domestic flights, Egypt and the 5-star Nile cruise.

What makes the price vary

FactorImpact
Flight included or notThe number one factor: a price without flight always looks lower
Meal planAll-inclusive > full board > half board > breakfast
SeasonSchool holidays and summer are more in demand than quiet months
LengthFrom 8 to 10 days depending on the tour
HotelsFrom superior 3-star to 5-star depending on the package

Our prices are per person, in a double room, and confirmed by an advisor when you request a quote, subject to availability. To compare our 18 tours from the cheapest to the most complete, see our article Cheap trips from Morocco.

5. Visas and formalities

Entry requirements often decide the destination. Good news: several countries in our catalogue can be visited without a visa on a Moroccan passport, including Turkey, Tunisia and Cape Verde. For these destinations, all you need is a valid passport and the travel documents provided by the agency.

Italy, Spain and Portugal, on the other hand, are part of the Schengen area and require a Schengen visa. You then need to book your appointment well in advance, as it can take time in high season. In all cases, your passport must be valid for at least six months after your return date, and travel insurance is strongly recommended.

The full list of destinations without a visa, with visa on arrival or with online authorisation, as well as the recent change regarding Thailand, is detailed in our guide Visa-free countries for Moroccans in 2026-2027.

6. When to go: season by season

Each destination has its ideal season. Spring is perfect for cultural tours, when it is mild and sites are less crowded: Istanbul, Cappadocia, Italy, Barcelona or Lisbon. Summer is beach season, in Antalya, Bodrum, Hammamet, Sousse or on the Albanian Riviera.

Autumn extends the good season in the Mediterranean and suits Istanbul, Italy, Egypt and Tunisia very well. As for winter, it is the time to head for the sunshine of Cape Verde and the Red Sea, or to treat yourself to a Nile cruise, at the best time to visit the temples.

WinterCape Verde, Red Sea, Nile cruise

Keep in mind that departures during school holidays and summer are the most requested and fill up first. Our trip ideas for each period are gathered in Morocco school holidays 2026-2027: which organised trip to choose?

7. How to choose the right organised tour

The right organised tour is the one that matches the way you like to travel. The first question to ask yourself is simple: are you looking to discover or to rest? A tour will have you change hotels several times to see as many sites as possible, while a stay will settle you in one place for the whole week.

Then come the practical questions. Is the flight included, and does it leave from Casablanca? Which meal plan suits you, knowing that all-inclusive greatly simplifies the budget with children? And do you have a Schengen visa? If not, Turkey, Tunisia and Cape Verde are the simplest choices.

Finally, choosing the agency matters as much as choosing the destination: licence, clear quote, cancellation terms and assistance make all the difference. Our criteria are detailed in Travel agency in Casablanca: how to choose one.

8. Booking your organised tour step by step

Booking an organised tour with Monarch Travel takes just a few simple steps. You start with a quote request via our contact form or on WhatsApp, specifying the destination, dates and number of travellers. An advisor replies within 24 business hours with a price confirmed according to actual availability.

The quote then details each service: flight, hotels, meals, transfers and visits. Payment and cancellation conditions are set out in our terms and conditions of sale. Once the trip is confirmed, our advisors explain the formalities specific to your destination and give you your travel documents.

If you prefer a face-to-face conversation, our advisors welcome you in our agencies in Casablanca, in the Gauthier district, and in Marrakech, in Gueliz.

In summary

An organised tour from Morocco is the simplest way to discover the world without worrying about logistics. Turkey and Tunisia are ideal for a first visa-free trip, Italy and Egypt for a great cultural discovery, and Cape Verde for winter sunshine. Always compare offers on an equal basis, book early for the holidays and choose a licensed agency: you will travel with peace of mind.
